Samsung has recently unveiled the Galaxy A8 (2018) & Galaxy A8+ (2018) smartphones. Both these devices are expected to go on sale starting early next month in Europe and few Asian countries. Coming to the Indian market, the company is gearing up for the launch of new Galaxy On smartphones. These new smartphones will be exclusively available on Amazon.in. We can expect these smartphones to be the successors to Galaxy On5 Pro and On7 Pro.
The list also hints the device to come with Bixby AI and a dedicated Bixby button. Samsung might collaborate with Amazon India for purchasing any product using Bixby Vision. Looking at the teaser images, the devices will be coming with a metal unibody design. The power button and the speaker are placed on the right edge of the device. While the newly launched mid-range smartphones are coming with 18:9 display, these new Galaxy On smartphones still sports the standard displays with 16:9 aspect ratio.
The devices will be available in Gold and Black color options. On top of the display, we can see the 2.5 D curved glass. Recently, the company also announced price cuts on several Galaxy On smartphones. Last week, the company launched the 3GB RAM variant of the Galaxy J7 Nxt smartphone. It is priced at Rs. 12,990 and is sold via offline stores across the country. Back in July, the company launched the same Galaxy J7 Nxt with 2GB RAM in India for Rs. 11,490.
The device includes Samsung Pay Mini for making instant payments using PayTM and UPI. Apart from the extra 1GB of RAM, there are no other differences between the 2GB and 3GB RAM variants of the Samsung Galaxy J7 Nxt. Talking about the upcoming Galaxy On smartphones, more details can be expected very soon. Stay tuned on Phoneradar for the full specifications and pricing.
