Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro & On7 Pro Smartphones Launched in India

At the end of last year, Samsung unveiled the new Galaxy On lineup of smartphones by launching the Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7. With their pricing and specifications, both these devices are placed below the Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 devices. Now in 2016, Samsung had already updated most of their devices and today, the company had launched the Galaxy On5 Pro and Galaxy On7 Pro as the successor to 2015 Galaxy On devices. The devices run on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with customized TouchWiz UI laid on top.

The Galaxy On5 Pro & On7 Pro sports chrome finished frame with a textured plastic back cover. Both the devices sports same design but comes in different sizes. The Galaxy On5 Pro sports a 5-inch HD display and the Galaxy On7 Pro comes with a bigger 5.5-inch display at the same HD resolution. Under the hood, the Galaxy On5 Pro includes Exynos 3475 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz and on the other hand, the Galaxy On7 Pro packs a 1.19GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor.

Both the smartphones features 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage along with  expandable storage option. In the camera department, the Galaxy On7 Pro has an edge over the Galaxy On5 Pro with its 13MP rear camera while the later has only an 8MP rear camera. On the front, both the devices offer a 5MP sensor for capturing selfies. The S Bike and Ultra Data Saving modes that are present on other Samsung devices can also be found on these smartphones. The devices come with dual SIM card slots and offers 4G LTE support.
