Reliance Launches LYF Water 4 Smartphone with Water 6 Specs, except lower Storage
We have already seen a bunch of smartphones from LYF and now adding on to the list, we have yet another smartphone called the LYF Water 4. This will be an addition to the Water series of smartphone from the company.
The new LYF Water 4 will sport a 5-inch HD IPS display with a 720p resolution. This display is protected by Dragon Trail glass from scratches and minor drops. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, which is 1.2GHz quad-core 64-bit processor. It will pack a 2GB RAM and a 16GB internal storage capacity. Unfortunately, this is what you have to work with since it does not have microSD card expandability option.
On the camera side, we have a 13-megapixel rear facing camera with a LED flash, that can record in FHD resolution. There is also a 5-megapixel front facing selfie camera with a built-in touch-up mode. The device is powered by a 2,920 mAh battery that should easily last a day worth of usage. The device is 4G capable and supports 850, 1800 & 2300 Mhz bands. It also supports VoLTE. It will run Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box.
Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, USB 2.0, GPS, 3.5mm stereo jack. The device has a metal frame around it and has a nice textured back panel for added grip to the device. The device comes with all Jio services like Jio Mags, Jio News, Jio Xpress news and Jio drive, etc. and the main highlighted services being the Jio On-Demand, Jio Play, Jio Beat and Jio Money, etc.
The device will be available only in 1 color that is white, and the device is priced 7,599 INR. The company also launched Water 6 smartphone, and the major difference between both these devices are their names, form factor (Water 6 is 2.5 grams lighter than the water 4) and storage (water 6 comes with 32GB storage).
