Last month, Realme launched the new mid-range Realme 3 Pro smartphone in the Indian market. Today, the company launched the same device as Realme X Lite in China. It comes with the curved polycarbonate body and will be available in Nitro Blue and Lightning Purple color options. The Realme X Lite runs on latest ColorOS 6.0 based Android 9.0 Pie. Unlike the international version, the Chinese version of ColorOS lacks Google apps.
It sports 6.3-inch waterdrop notch display on the front with Full HD+ resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, the device comes powered 10nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 mobile platform coupled with Kryo 360 CPU and Adreno 616 GPU. The device in 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 64GB, and 6GB + 128GB storage variants. There is also a dedicated MicroSD card slot for the further expanding the storage up to 256GB.
Talking about the cameras, the Realme 3 Pro sports dual camera setup on featuring a 16MP primary camera with f/1.7 aperture and a 5MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, the device offers a 25MP camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front. While there is a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, the Realme 3 Pro also supports face unlock. It is backed by a 4,045mAh non-removable battery and supports VOOC 3.0 flash charging technology with 5V/4A (20W) power output.
While the power button is placed on the right edge, the volume rocker sits on the left edge. Coming to the pricing, the base variant of the Realme X Lite with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage is priced at CNY 1199 (approx USD 175 / INR 12,000). The 6GB RAM variant with 64GB and 128GB of onboard storage costs CNY 1299 (approx USD 190 / INR 13,000) and CNY 1499 (approx USD 220 / INR 15,500) respectively.
