Realme 2 Will Be Flipkart Exclusive in India, Launching on August 28th

OPPO’s new sister brand Realme will be soon launching the Realme 2 smartphone in India. While the Realme 1 is exclusive to Amazon India, the upcoming Realme 2 will be sold exclusively on Flipkart. The company also confirmed the launch date of its latest budget smartphone to be August 28th. While the Realme 1 came with an 18:9 display, the teaser images revealed the Realme 2 to come with the notch display.

The 6.2-inch display will be offering 88.8% screen-to-body ratio. With this new device, the company also confirmed to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. While the Realme 1 completely depended on the face unlock, the Realme 2 is said to feature a rear-facing fingerprint sensor for more secured unlocking. The Realme 2 comes backed by a 4,230mAh battery and we hope to see fast charging support on this budget-centric device.

On the rear, we will also be seeing dual camera setup with LED flash. Just like its predecessor, the new Realme 2 will also offer glossy finish back body with the diamond cut design.
