POCO F1 Gets a Limited Time Discount, 6GB + 64GB Variant Now Available for Rs 17,999

POCO India has announced a limited time discount on the base variant of the POCO F1 smartphone. The 6GB + 64GB storage variant is currently retailing for Rs 19,999. It will be available at a flat discount of Rs 2,000 during the POCO Days sale which will be held from June 5th to 9th on Mi.com and Flipkart. At Rs 17,999, the POCO F1 is the most affordable Snapdragon 845-powered smartphone in the Indian market.

The device is currently available in Rosso Red, Graphite Black, and Steel Blue color options. Just last month, the company permanently dropped the price of the 6GB + 128GB storage variant from Rs 22,999 to Rs 20,999. The discount could be also due to the upcoming launch of the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro smartphones. Xiaomi India’s head Manu Kumar Jain recently confirmed about the launch of the Redmi K20 series in the Indian market in July.

Talking about the hardware, the POCO F1 comes with a 6.18-inch IPS display with Full HD+ resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It also comes with a hybrid SIM card slot and supports dual 4G VoLTE. It is backed by a 4,000mAh non-removable battery and supports 18W Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging technology. On the rear, the sports 12MP + 5MP AI dual camera setup with dual pixel autofocus and f/1.9 aperture.

On the front, the device is equipped with a 20MP single selfie camera and an IR sensor for secure face unlocking. By using the earpiece as its secondary speaker, the POCO F1 also offers stereo sound effect.
