Phicomm Clue 630 with 4G LTE & Snapdragon 210 SoC Listed Online

Phicomm is the Chinese smartphone manufacturer that had debuted the Indian smartphone market in June 2015. The first device from the company is the mid-range ‘Phicomm 660‘ that is priced at Rs. 10,999. Today, a new entry-level smartphone dubbed as ‘Phicomm Clue 630‘ is listed on Flipkart and also on the company’s official website.
It comes with an affordable price tag of Rs. 3,999 and includes entry-level specifications. The device features a 5-inch FWVGA display while the company’s Energy 653 which is now retailing at the same price sports an HD display. Under the hood, both these devices are powered by Snapdragon 210 quad-core processor clocked at 1.1GHz.
There is 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB via provided MicroSD card slot. The Energy 653 came with 8MP rear camera and 2 MP front-facing camera, but the latest Clue 630’s rear camera is limited to just 5MP while the selfie camera is of 2MP sensor. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Expect 5.0 UI laid on top of it.
It supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G LTE connectivity. The device is built into a polycarbonate shell with curved edges. It is backed by 2,300mAh battery, which the company claims to give 7 hours of talk time and lasts up to 250 hours on standby. While this device resembles with Phicomm Energy 653 in most of the aspects we can expect the official pricing to be around the same Rs. 3,999 price range.
According to the website, the device will be sold through Amazon and Snapdeal via online and also can be purchased through offline stores across the country. At Rs. 3,999, this is the best device that also includes Snapdragon 210 and with extra Rs. 1,000, you can get Energy 653 that offers HD display and an 8MP rear camera. While the pricing isn’t confirmed by the company, stay tuned for the official update.
