Panasonic had recently launched the VoLTE enabled Eluga A2 smartphone in India. the device is priced at Rs. 9,490 and packs decent hardware. It features 3GB of RAM and is backed by a whopping 4,000mAh battery. The company will be also launching the Panasonic P75 smartphone with 5,000mAh battery and is priced at just Rs. 5,990. Before to that, Panasonic launched T44 and T30 smartphones with basic specifications and are priced at Rs. 4,290 and Rs. 3,290 respectively.
The Panasonic T30 is the cheaper device among the two. Both the devices come with a 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) and is powered 1.3GHz quad-core processor. The T30 includes just 512MB RAM and 4GB of storage, while the T44 packs 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage. There is also a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion upto 32GB. On the camera front, the devices sport a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP selfie camera on the front.
Both the devices come with dual SIM slots and but lacks the 4G LTE connectivity. Recently LYF had launched three new smartphones Flame 3, Flame 4, and Flame 6 with 4G VoLTE support. All the three devices are priced at Rs. 3,999, which are cheaper than the Panasonic T44. The Panasonic T30 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop while the T44 comes with the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Connectivity options include 3G HSPA, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port.
Panasonic is also offering a screen guard worth Rs. 299 for free along with every purchase. The T30 is backed by a 1,400mAh battery and measures 10.3mm thickness while the T44 features 2,400mAh battery and comes with 9.65mm thickness. The T44 is available in Rose Gold, Champagne Gold, and Electric Blue colors; and T30 comes in three Metallic Silver, Metallic Gold, and Steel Grey color options. The devices will be available across India via online and offline stores.
