Oppo R6091 Smartphone spotted on GFXBench with MediaTek MT6750T SoC & Android Marshmallow



Oppo R6091 is an upcoming device from Oppo that has been spotted on the GFXBench benchmarking website. Listed as R6091 the handset will come with some high-end specifications out of the box. Oppo has been in the smartphone market from quite a time now and has been gradually building a good reputation with its handsets. Recently it released devices like Oppo A39, Oppo A57, Oppo R9s Plus, Oppo A59s, Oppo R11 Plus and few other devices.

The upcoming device will come with a 5.5-inch touchscreen display with 1080 pixels resolution with five finger gesture support. Under the hood, there is an Octa-core processor with a clocking speed of 1.5GHz coupled with 4GB of RAM and ARM Mali-T860 MP2 processor. On the rear, there is a 12MP rear-facing camera with LED flash, and as per the listing, the front camera comes with 15MP camera.

There are connectivity options like accelerometers, Bluetooth, compass, GPS, Pedometer and Wi-Fi. The handset is a single SIM variant and will have an onboard memory of 32GB out of which 26GB is user available. It will come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box and will get further updates also. We need to wait few more days for the company to unveil the device. It will compete against the devices like Lenovo K5 Note, Oppo F1S, Xiaomi Mi Max, OnePlus 3, Moto G4 Plus

Recently, we have seen Oppo replacing Huawei as the world’s largest smartphone maker and also fourth largest manufacturer globally. The recently launched Oppo R9s Plus became the first smartphone from the company to feature 6GB of RAM. It sports a 16MP camera on the rear as well as on the front. The earlier launched Oppo F1s initially came with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of RAM, but it was updated to 4GB and 64GB and costs Rs. 18,990 across India.
