OPPO R17 Pro with Triple Cameras & 50W Super VOOC Launched in India

Back in August, OPPO launched the high-end OPPO R17 Pro in China. Today, the company has officially launched the same OPPO R17 Pro in the Indian market. The device comes with several advanced features along with a beautiful gradient finish body. Unlike other devices, the gradient finish on the OPPO R17 Pro is also applied to the frame of the device. It also comes with the latest Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection.

Talking about the specifications, the OPPO R17 Pro comes with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. The waterdrop notch also offers higher screen-to-body ratio. It comes powered by 10nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 Mobile Platform coupled with Kryo 360 CPU and Adreno 616 GPU. The device packs 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

Coming to the cameras, the OPPO R17 Pro sports triple cameras on the rear where one of them is the Time of Flight (TOF) 3D sensor for 3D sensing. With the TOF sensor, the OPPO R17 Pro can get high-precision 3D depth information for capturing 3D photos. On the rear, the device sports a 12MP primary sensor with smart aperture (f/1.5-f/2.4 ) and a 20MP secondary sensor with f/2.6 aperture.

For selfies, the OPPO R17 Pro comes with the same 25MP front camera used on the OPPO R17. The OPPO R17 Pro is also the first OPPO smartphone in India to come with latest fast charging technology called Super VOOC. The 3,700mAh battery on this device can be charged from 0% to 40% in just 10 minutes using the 10V/5A (50W) Super VOOC Flash Charger. The device also sports in-display fingerprint sensor along with face unlock feature.

It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based ColorOS 5.2 out of the box. The OPPO R17 Pro measures 157.6 × 74.6 × 7.9 mm and weighs 183 grams.Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port.
