The Oppo K3 Smartphone which was launched in China last month was made available for purchase (6GB RAM variant) from earlier this month. Starting today, the 8GB RAM option is also going for sale in the country with 256GB of onboard storage. The 6GB RAM variant with 64GB of storage is priced at 1,599 Yuan while the 8GB RAM along with 128GB of storage was available for 1,899 Yuan. Now the top 8GB RAM with 256GB of storage will be going for sale for 2,299 Yuan and will be available in Farm Black, Nebula Purple, and Morning White color options.
Well, to remind you the Oppo K3 comes with a 3D gradient back and has a 6.5-inch Full HD+ without a notch along with an AMOLED display from Samsung with 91.1% screen-to-body ratio giving 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Furthermore, this mid-range smartphone has a pop-up camera that houses a 16MP sensor. Under the hood, we can find an Octa-Core Snapdragon 710 10nm SoC (Dual 2.2GHz Kryo 360 + Hexa 1.7GHz Kryo 360 CPUs) coupled with Adreno 616 GPU and 6GB of RAM or 8GB of RAM.
The Oppo K3 smartphone comes out of the box with Android 9 Pie operating system along with ColourOS 6.0 on top. There is a 16MP main camera sensor on rear along with a LED flash and also has a 2MP secondary sensor. TO enhance the security levels there is an in-display fingerprint sensor on the front along with AI facial unlocking system. On the back, there is a 3756mAh battery to power the device along with the support for VOOC 3.0 rapid charging technology.
There are connectivity options like WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS +, A-GPS GLONASS along with USB Type-C charging. The device will be available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB of onboard storage and there isn’t any microSD card slot to extend the storage further and this point has to be noted by the user before getting the device.
