OPPO F7 with 25MP Selfie Camera to Launch in India on March 26th

Last month, Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 5 Pro with a 20MP selfie camera in India. Earlier this week, Vivo hinted to launch the Vivo V9 smartphone with a 24MP selfie camera on March 27th. Today, another Chinese company OPPO has confirmed to launch its latest smartphone on March 26th in India. The OPPO F7 with the notch display & 25MP selfie camera will be unveiled just a day before the Vivo V7 comes with the similar looking display & 24MP selfie camera.

OPPO might also announce the young Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya as its new brand ambassador. The OPPO F7 will be the successor to last year’s OPPO F5 smartphone. While the 20MP selfie camera will be replaced with a 25MP sensor, there is no information about the rear camera. Just like the Vivo V9, the OPPO F7 will also come with a 19:9 display featuring iPhone X-like notch. It will be coming with a metal unibody design with a 2.5D curved glass laid on front.

The volume rocker and power button are placed on the left and right edge of the device respectively. Based on the leaks, the OPPO F7 will be featuring a 6.2-inch IPS display with Full HD+ (2246 x 1080 pixels) resolution. On the bottom edge, the OPPO F7 comes with a 3.5mm audio jack, MicroUSB 2.0 port, and a loudspeaker. The fingerprint sensor on this device is expected to be placed on the rear.
