OPPO has finally revealed the availability details of the OPPO F11 smartphone. It was first announced in March this year alongside the OPPO F11 Pro. The OPPO F11 is priced at Rs 17,990 and will be available from May 15th. Those who pre-order the device will get one-time screen replacement for free. While the OPPO F11 Pro came with a true bezel-less display and pop-up camera, the OPPO F11 sports waterdrop notch display.
On the front, the device sports a 6.5-inch Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) display and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. With the waterdrop notch, the display on this device offers 90.7% screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood is the 12nm MediaTek Helio P70 octa-core processor clocked at 2.1GHz. It comes coupled with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The OPPO F11 comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It also comes with a MicroSD card slot for further expanding the storage up to 256GB.
In the camera department, the OPPO F11 sports dual camera setup on the rear featuring a 48MP primary camera with f/1.79 aperture and 5MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, the device sports a 16MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front. It is backed by a 4,020mAh non-removable battery that also supports VOOC 3.0 flash charge technology. Just like the OPPO F11 Pro, the OPPO F11 also comes with a rear-facing fingerprint scanner.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB OTG, FM Radio, 3.5mm audio jack, and MicroUSB 2.0 port. It measures 162.0 x 76.1 x 8.3 mm and weighs 188 grams. The device runs on Android 9.0 Pie based ColorOS 6 out of the box. While the power button is placed on the right edge, the volume rocker can be found on the left edge.
