Nuu Mobile Enters India, Launches X5, M3, Q626 and Q500 4G VoLTE Smartphones

We have been seeing a ton of new brands entering India. Recently we saw some brands like Comio, etc. entering the country and now on the same lines, we have yet another brand called Nuu Mobile. Nuu Mobile is a US-based company and they have now launched five new smartphones to mark their entry into the Indian market. The company has launched four smartphones viz.X5, M3, Q626, and Q500. All these devices are 4G VoLTE smartphone.
Talking about the pricing and availability, all these devices are priced between 9,999 to 15,999 INR with the Q500 being the cheapest of the lot and the X5 is the most expensive out of the bunch.
Nuu X5
As mentioned earlier, this is the most expensive one out of the bunch costing 15,999 INR. It is the company’s flagship offering here in India in the mid-range category. On the front, the smartphone sports a 5.5-inch (1080×1920) full-HD display and it sports a zinc-aluminum alloy casing. Internally, it is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750T SoC which is coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage. This storage is also expandable via a microSD card upto 128GB. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and it features SmartWake technology and air gestures to use the smartphone.
In terms of the camera, we are looking at a 13MP rear-facing shooter with a Flash. On the front for the selfies, it sports a 5MP wide-angle lens. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, FM, GPS, etc. The whole entire package is kept powered by a 2950mAh battery.
Nuu M3
The Nuu M3 is the next device of the bunch. It features a 5.5-inch HD display again with the same air gestures like the X5. This is a Dual SIM handset which is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MTK6737 SoC. This is coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is also expandable upto 128GB via a microSD card. This one has a metal body which makes it looks pretty good. In terms of the camera, we are looking at an 8MP sensor at the back, whereas on the front there is a 5MP selfie camera. The device is kept powered by a 3200mAh battery and the connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, FM, and GPS. This smartphone is priced at 12,499 INR.
Nuu Q626
The Nuu Q626 is priced at 12,999 INR and it offers a decent set of specs for the price. It sports a 5-inch (720×1280 pixels) display on the front and internally, it is powered by a quad-core MediaTek processor. This is coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage. At the back of this device, there is also a fingerprint scanner and it features a glass body. In terms of the camera, we are looking at an 8MP rear-facing sensor with flash, autofocus, live photo, etc. On the front for the selfies, there is a 5MP sensor with autofocus. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, FM, GPS, etc.
Nuu Q500
As mentioned earlier, this is the least expensive out of the bunch as it is priced at 9,999 INR. For this price, it offers 5-inch (720×1280 pixels) display on the front and internally, it is powered by a MediaTek processor. In terms of the memory, we are looking at 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage. The memory is also expandable via a microSD card upto 128GB, so storage should not be an issue.
Just like the Q626, the Q500 also features the same set of optics. There is an 8MP rear-facing shooter, whereas on the front there is a 5MP selfie camera. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB 2.0, FM, GPS, etc.
