Nokia 7+ Android One & Nokia 1 (Android Go?) Renders Leaked, Might Launch at MWC 2018

HDM Global will be unveiling new smartphones at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2018. While there is no official confirmation, we might see the Nokia 3310 4G, Nokia 1, Nokia 7+, and the successor to Nokia 8 on the show floor. Now, we got the leaked renders of the Nokia 7+ and Nokia 1 smartphones. While the Nokia 7+ will be the Android One device, the Nokia 1 might run on Android Go edition. The recent reports suggest the company has generated more sales than Asus, Lenovo, OnePlus, HTC, Google, and Sony in 2017. There are more than 4.4 million Nokia smartphones sold in the Q4 2017 alone.
We can only expect it to better for HMD Global in 2018. At the MWC 2018, the company might bring the Global version of the Nokia 3310 4G launched in China. The Nokia 7+ will be an upgraded version of the China-exclusive Nokia 7. It will be coming with a 6-inch Full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it packs Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor with custom Kryo cores and Adreno 512 GPU. It will be coming with a rear-facing fingerprint sensor and should offer all the basic connectivity options.
Since it is now said to be an Android One device, it will be running on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box without no bloatware. The device will also timely security patch updates and guaranteed major software updates for at least two years. In terms of optics, the Nokia 7+ will be offering dual camera setup with ZEISS Optics. For selfies, the device is said to feature a whopping 16MP sensor. Looking at the current trend, the company might also offer Face Unlock. Talking about the Nokia 1, the design looks similar to other under Rs. 5,000 smartphones available in the market.
It comes with thick bezels on the front and removable back cover. Even with the thick bezels, the device seems to offer on-screen navigation buttons. In the renders, we can spot the device in Black and Red color options. The volume rocker and power button are placed on the right edge of the device. On the rear, there is a loudspeaker on the bottom and a primary camera with LED flash on the top. It is rumored to come with the newly announced Android Go version.
