Moto P30 Play with 5.88″ Notch Display & SD625 SoC to Cost Rs 19,900 in China

A few weeks back, Motorola launched the Moto P30 Note smartphone in China. At IFA 2018, Motorola launched the Moto One and Moto One Power Android One smartphones. The Moto P30 Note is the same Moto One Power which comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 octa-core processor. Now, the official listing on the company’s Chinese website confirms the Moto One to be soon launched as Moto P30 Play in China. The Moto P30 Play comes in White and Black color options.
It comes with a price tag of 1899 Yuan (approx $277 / Rs 19,900) and will be officially launched in the coming weeks. As seen on Moto P30 Note, the new Moto P30 Play comes with notch display. On the front is the 5.88-inch notch display with HD+ (1520 x 720 pixels) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM.
On the rear, the Moto P30 Play sports 13MP primary camera with f/2.0 aperture and 2MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, there is an 8MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. Both the front and rear cameras will be supporting AI portrait mode. While the Moto P30 Play sports fingerprint sensor, the company is also offering face unlock support. It is backed by a 3,000mAh non-removable battery which lacks fast charging. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz & 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. It measures 149.9 x 72.2 x 7.97 mm and weighs about 162 grams.
