A few weeks back, we have covered about the Motorola One Power Android One smartphone. It comes with iPhone X-like design featuring notch display and vertically stacked dual rear cameras. While still there is no official confirmation about this device, today another Android One smartphone from Motorola got leaked. While the new Moto One smartphone comes with glass back body, the Moto One Power has a metal body. From the front, both the devices look exactly similar.
However, the One Power seems to come with a slightly smaller chin. Instead of the Moto by Lenovo, the devices actually come with Motorola branding. As the name suggests, the One Power might come with a bigger display long with a bigger battery. Before coming up One series for launching Android One smartphone, Motorola has launched the Moto X4 in 2017 as Android One device. The recent leaks suggested the company has scrapped the X-series.
As of now, there is no information about the specifications of the Moto One. However, we expect both the devices to share similar internals but with a smaller display. The Moto One Power comes with a 19:9 Full HD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Mobile Platform. This is the same chipset that is also used in the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. Both the Moto One smartphones will be running on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
The dual camera setup on the Moto One Power features 16MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 5MP secondary sensor with f/2.0 aperture. For selfies, there is a 16MP single front camera with f/1.9 aperture. Let’s wait and see, if the Moto One also comes with the same set of cameras or not. While the Moto One Power sports rear-facing fingerprint sensor integrated in the Moto dimple, it’s not clear if the Moto One also comes with a fingerprint sensor or not.
