Microsoft had recently launched the mid-range Lumia 650 in China at a price of 1799 Yuan (approx Rs. 18,400). Now the company is all set to bring the device to the Indian market by the end of this month. While device listing shows it as ‘Cooming Soon’ on the Microsoft India’s official website, it is listed in stock via 3rd party resellers on Amazon and eBay. On Amazon, the device is priced at Rs. 16,599 and it costs slightly lower at Rs. 15,769 when purchasing through eBay.
The device comes with dual SIM dual standby support and runs on the latest Windows 10 Mobile update. It sports an Aluminum frame around the device that offers great strength. It sports a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 3 laid on top. The Lumia 650 comes powered by the latest Snapdragon 212 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz and coupled with Adren0 304.
It also includes 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be further expanded upto 200GB via MicroSD card slot. In the camera department, it includes an 8MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash, on the front is a 5MP selfie camera. The device is backed by a 2,000mAh battery that can provide 16 hours of talk time and lasts upto 26 days on standby.
Connectivity options on this device include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/A-GPS, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. It measures 142 x 70.9 x 6.9 mm and weighs just 122 grams.
