MetroPCS Carrier announces LG Stylo 2 Plus smartphone with 5.7″ HD display

The South Korean giant had recently launched a new X-series smartphones at an affordable price in range, which were named as LG X5, X Power, and X Skin. Now, the Company has introduced a new handset under Stylo-series called as LG Stylo 2 Plus. It is the successor of the LG Stylo 2 smartphone that was launched earlier this year. This smartphone has a Premium & sleek design with double chrome lines and rounded edges. The LG Stylo 2 Plus smartphone features a fingerprint sensor is located at the back, which unlocks the device and verifies mobile payments.

The handset features a 5.7-inch HD TFT IPS In-Cell display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution that gives a 257 PPI of pixel density and a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It comes packed with a Stylus Pen, which helps to write & draw the text messages and images according to you need. It comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Octa-core processor that clocks at 1.4 GHz coupled with Adreno 505 graphics. The LG Stylo 2 Plus smartphone runs on the latest Android Marshmallow out fo the box.

The dual SIM smartphone provides 4G LTE connectivity. It packs a 16GB built-in memory that can further expand up to 2TB via microSD card slot and a 2 GB of RAM. This smartphone features Caligraphy Pen Mode, Screen-Off memo, Pop Scanner and QuickMemo+. The smartphone sports a 13-megapixel autofocus primary camera with LED flash which can record videos in 1080p at 30 frames per second. On the front, it has a 5-megapixerl front shooter for selfies and video calling. It can also record videos in 1080p at 15 frames per second.

The handset is backed by a 2900 mAh battery that claims to offer 20 hours and 7 min of talk time and delivers up to 19 days and 4 hours of standby time. It measures 154.9 x 79.5 x 7.36 mm dimensions and is weighs around 144 grams. It comes in Brown color variant and is now available for purchase via metroPCS pre-paid carriers priced at $220.
