The Meizu M5s which is scheduled to be unveiled on Feb 15th has leaked online showing some live shots. Meizu has sent invitation of the same couple of days before and prior to that we have seen M5s getting certified by TENAA. The teaser also revealed that the device would be coming with fast charging technology which will be coming with 5-inch display and 2GB of RAM.

The Meizu M5s is also expected to feature a fingerprint sensor to enhance the security levels on the device, and it will be powered by a 2,930 mAh non-removable battery on the rear. There is a 13MP camera which will be accompanied with a 5MP selfie camera. There is also a 5.2-inch model which will be coming by 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Meizu started sending out an invitation for a new smartphone launch in China which will be included in the M series. The event is scheduled for 15th of February and will come with the support of fast charging. The device will most probably be the successor of M3S that was launched last year. The new device is expected to be a mid-range device, and we have already seen many leaks of the same. We need to wait till 15th of this month to know all the specification of the handset.

Coming to the rumoured specifications of the device, the Meizu M5s is expected to come with a 5.2-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolutions with a curved glass display. On the rear, there is a 2930mAh battery to power the device and will also feature fast charging technology.

It is also expected to come in 32GB / 64GB and 128GB storage options and will support 4G VoLTE connectivity. It is a dual-SIM variant that supports two dual SIM cards while the second slot is a hybrid slot that can be used either for a nano SIM or MicroSD card. It will feature a 13MP rear-facing camera with dual-tone LED Flash and PDAF which will be accompanied with a 5MP camera on the front. Looking at the specs leaked, the device will be competing against the devices like Lenovo K5 Note, Oppo F1S, Xiaomi Mi Max, OnePlus 3, Moto G4 Plus.

The connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS / GLONASS and measures 148.2 mm × 72.53 mm × 8.4 mm. Moreover, the device is expected to come in Silver and Grey color variants. We have to take these specs with a grain of salt since nothing is officially confirmed.
