As rumors suggested, LG today confirmed to soon introduced the all-new W-series in the Indian market. With the LG W-series, the company will be competing with the Samsung Galaxy M and Xiaomi Redmi smartphones. While LG is yet to reveal the name of the device, the teaser images posted on Amazon.in confirms the device to sport triple camera setup on the rear. On the front, we will be looking at a waterdrop notch display.

The device comes with a 2.5D curved glass on the front and rear. It will be available in Black, Green, and Blue color options with a gradient finish. Talking about the triple camera setup on the rear, the device features an ultra-wide-angle sensor and depth sensor alongside the primary camera. On the rear, we can also spot the circular fingerprint scanner. Coming to the exclusive information, the device will be backed by a 4,000mAh battery and measures just 8.5mm in thickness.

It also comes backed by a 12nm octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz. The company didn’t mention any more specific details about the processor. The device will be running on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. LG also mentioned it’s first W-series smartphone to come with an aggressive price tag.

While the power button and volume rocker are placed on the right edge, the SIM card slot alone is on the left edge.
