A week after launching the LG Q7 smartphone in the Indian market, LG now launched the LG Q Stylus Plus smartphone with stylus support. It will be available across the country via offline retail stores. Coming to the pricing, the LG Q Stylus Plus will be costing Rs 21,999 in India. As the name suggests, the device comes with the stylus support. Apart from the Galaxy Note series, there are very few smartphones with stylus support to choose from.
It comes with a metal unibody design with a 2.5D curved glass on the top. The new LG Q Stylus Plus comes with a 6.2-inch FullVision display with Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. While there is no notch, the device sports thick bezels on the top and bottom. Under the hood is the 64-bit MediaTek MT6750S octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. It comes coupled with Mali-T860 GPU and 4GB of RAM.
There is 64GB of internal storage that can be further expandable via a MicroSD card slot. It is IP68 certified for water and dust resistance and MIL-STD 810G certified for its durability. In terms of optics, there is a 16MP rear camera with PDAF and an 8MP front camera for selfies. On the rear, we can also spot a circular fingerprint sensor that supports gestures. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with LG UX UI on top.
It is backed by a 3,300mAh non-removable battery and supports fast charging using a USB Type-C port. While the power button is placed on the right edge, the volume rocker is on the left edge. It measures 160.15 x 77.75 x 8.4 mm and weighs 172 grams. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b, g, n, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port.
