This comes from a CNET report that claims, Google is hosting an event on September 29th in San Francisco to announce two nexus devices in partnership with LG and Huawei.
It seems like the dream of two nexus devices a year is going to come true very soon. These two new devices would the competing with a lot of smartphones for a market share. It is suggested that LG would be making the smaller Nexus while Larger Nexus would be made by Huawei’s team.
Though, Google hasn’t commented anything regarding this matter, but it’s about time that company makes some confirmation and announces their new Nexus devices. So, we have got more confirmation that Google is going to showcase their devices soon.
Earlier: Aug 29, 2015 – Nexus 5 2015 Edition may be arriving sooner than expected, as a new leak on a Korean Media outlet MK Post claims that a Nexus device from LG is going to drop on September 29. Does this mean Android 6.0 Marshmallow is coming very soon? Apparently it might if the new Nexus arrives before its usual November release.
From what we have seen so far this year, Samsung had toke an initiative and launched its Note 5 almost one month before it’s anticipated a launch in IFA Expo this year. Now this information doesn’t come to be as surprising.
Looking at the competition in the market, Nexus device has been ousted from a flagship killer device it used to be. Though, it cannot be confirmed yet whether this is true information or not. So, we advise you to take this claim with a grain of salt until there is any confirmation from company officials. But note that, there was no mention of the Huawei’s alleged Nexus device in that report.
Earlier: Aug 12, 2015 – Nexus Phones are coming soon, and its not just a Nexus but this year we are expecting two devices with similar hardware. LG is hinted to launch a 5.2″ Full HD 1080P P-OLED display Smartphone with Snapdragon 620 (MSM8976) processor & RAM of around 4GB. Clearly hinting that these could be offering the best hardware and this will be clubbed with the 13 MP rear camera & 4 MP front camera combination. There have even been some unofficial benchmark scores from Antutu Application floating the web with scores upto 85530 but we can only know once the device is confirmed.

There are rumours that the next Nexus would be released in the month of October considering that the Nexus 6 from Motorola was launched on October 15th 2014. There are also chances that this new device would come with Android Pay along with the Android M release. There are also price expectations in the range of US$300 to US$400 somewhere in the same bracket as the LG Nexus 5 which was launched in October 2013.
We at PhoneRadar are looking forward to next Nexus which could either be from LG or Huawei because these devices are optimised for the best performance, since they come with Stock OS, optimised software & decent hardware with the right pricing.
