Last month, Lenovo launched the Lenovo S5 Pro smartphone with quad cameras. Now, the company came with a high-end smartphone called Lenovo Z5 Pro. We have been seeing the leaks and rumors from the last few weeks. With the all-new Z5 Pro, the company embracing the slider design. Unlike other slide phones like OPPO Find X and Xiaomi Mi MIX 3, the Lenovo Z5 Pro comes with less powerful specifications.
As of now, the device comes only in Ceramic Black color option. The device sports a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. With the minimal bottom chin, the display on this device is said to offer 95.06% screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood is the 10nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 octa-core processor coupled with Kryo 360 CPU and Adreno 616 GPU. It comes packed with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage.
In terms of optics, the device comes with 16MP + 24MP dual cameras on the rear and 16MP + 8MP dual cameras on the front. The camera app comes loaded with AI-based auto scene detection, 1080p super slow-mo @ 120fps, bokeh mode, studio lighting, and more. Though the device comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor, the device also support IR face unlock. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based ZUI 10.0 out of the box.
The Lenovo Z5 Pro also sports stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. It is backed by a 3,350mAh non-removable battery and also supports fast charging. While the device supports dual SIM dual standby, there is no MicroSD card slot. The Lenovo Z5 Pro also misses the 3.5mm audio jack. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz & 5GHz), 2×2 MIMO, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, and USB Type-C port. It measures 155.12 x 73.04 x 9.3 mm and weighs around 210 grams.
