Lenovo Phab 2 & Phab 2 Plus with 13MP Camera & 4050mAh Battery Launched

Along with the Tango smartphone, Phab 2 Pro; Lenovo came up with two more phablets – Lenovo Phab 2 and Phab 2 Plus. Both the phablets come with the same 6.4-inch display as of Phab 2 Pro but different resolutions. They come with a metal build body with rounded edges. The Phab 2 Plus additionally comes with a fingerprint sensor which is missed on the Phab 2. They also run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with the latest Vibe UI laid on top.
Lenovo Phab 2
The Phab 2 comes with a 6.4-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution and is powered by 1.3GHz MediaTek MT8735 quad-core processor. It has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage along with a MicroSD card slot. The device features a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. The device is kept powered on by a 4,050mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a MicroUSB port. The volume rocker and power button are placed on the right edge. It measures 174.9 x 88.9 x 9.6 mm and weighs almost 200 grams.
Lenovo Phab 2 Plus
The 6.4-inch display comes with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. It is powered by the 64-bit MediaTek MT8783 octa-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz along with 3GB of RAM. It has 32GB of internal storage and includes the same 4,050mAh battery. In the camera department, the Phab 2 Plus sports dual 13MP rear cameras with laser autofocus, f/2.0 aperture, and dual tone LED flash. For selfies, there is an 8MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture.
Pricing & Availability
The Lenovo Phab 2 is priced at $199 and will be available in July, while the Phab 2 Plus comes with a price tag of $299. Along with the Asia and Middle East markets, both the new phablets will be also made available in the U.S and Europe.
