After teasing the upcoming smartphone in the Lenovo’s K series, the Lenovo K4 Note is now officially launched in India. As the rumors suggested the Vibe X3 Lite that was launched in China is renamed as the Lenovo K4 Note for the Indian market. It will be the successor for most popular smartphone Lenovo K3 Note. It comes with a metal frame along with replaceable back covers. The device sports a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display along with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by the 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor along with 3GB of RAM. There is 16GB of internal storage along with an expandable slot for expanding upto 128GB.

On the camera part, the K4 Note has a 13MP rear camera with PDAF and dual tone LED flash, and a 5MP front camera. It features dual front-facing stereo speakers wth Dolby Atmos surround sound. Since 2016 is expecting to be a year of Virtual Reality, the device includes a TheatherMax that converts the normal sound into 360-degree cinematic surround sound that makes the viewing in VR even more thrilling.

It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Vibe UI overlaid and is expected to be upgraded to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The company also announced the leather and wood covers will be also made available in the coming days.

It will be exclusively sold on Amazon starting from January 19th while the registration for the first sale will begin today. The K4 Note is priced at Rs. 11,999, while the device along with bundled VR headset costs you Rs. 12,499.
