Huawei Y7 2019 with 6.26″ Dewdrop display & Dual cameras Launched

Amidst the ongoing battle with the US, Huawei has launched its Y7 2019 in the European market. This new budget phone from the company shares identical specs when compared to earlier launched Huawei Y7 Pro. The Y7 features a ceramic-like texture on the back, and the device is available in Aurora Blue, Coral Red, and Midnight Black color variants.
The new Huawei Y7 2019 comes with a 6.26-inch IPS HD+ display that features a water drop notch, which the company calls it HUAWEI Dewdrop display. This results in achieving an aspect ratio of 19:9 and the display also has a noticeable chin at the bottom. Under the hood, the Y7 packs in an octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor and an Adreno 506 GPU. On the storage front, the Huawei Y7 comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, which is also expandable up to 512GB via a micro SD card.
As for the camera, the device hosts a dual rear cameras setup comprising of a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor with an aperture of f/1.8 and are AI-powered as well. The front notch beholds an 8MP selfie shooter. On the connectivity front, the device supports Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, Dual SIM with Dual 4G and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Huawei Y7 is powered by a 4000mAh battery capacity that can be further charged via a micro USB port. And lastly, the phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based EMUI 8.2 out-of-the-box. Huawei has launched the Y7 2019 in Europe with a price tag of 220 Euros (Rs 15,800 approx.)
