Huawei P30 and P30 Pro are getting the night mode feature to the front camera as well with the latest EMUI update. The update comes with the version 188.8.131.52 which is already being rolled out to users in China and should be rolled out globally in the coming days. Once the device receives the update, the user will be able to see a new Night mode option after switching to the front camera.
As we know, night mode will enable better-exposed images in low-low conditions when the users keep the phone steady Furthermore, the latest update also brings in Android security patch for the month of August and make sure before installing this you have enough battery on the device. In will be interesting to see how this new night mode for front camera will work and we are also eager to receive this update from Huawei.
To remind you, the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro are equipped with AMOLED panel and offer Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Both these devices come equipped with a new-gen in-screen fingerprint scanner and have a facial unlocking system and also have the same 32MP selfie camera on the front. The Huawei P30 sports Leica triple camera setup on the rear featuring a 40MP wide-angle lens, a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, and an 8MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture.
The Huawei P30 Pro sports 40MP wide-angle lens with f/1.6 aperture, a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, an 8MP telephoto lens with f/3.4 aperture, and also a ToF depth-sensing camera. The P30 offers 3x optical zoom and 5x hybrid zoom while the Pro variant offers 5x optical zoom and 10x hybrid zoom.
