In the past, we have quite a few smartphones from Huawei and Honor with quad cameras. The Honor 9 Lite priced just above Rs 10,000 also came with dual cameras on the front and rear. Most of the recently launched smartphones from Huawei came with 19:9 display and dual cameras. In the last few days, there are leaks about the upcoming Nova 3 smartphone. Today, the company has posted the teaser image on Weibo revealing the first look of the device. Interestingly, the Huawei Nova 3 will be the first-ever smartphone to sport notch display and dual front cameras.

The company also revealed the device in (sort of) Yellow and Blue color options. It sports metal frame with 3D curved glass on the rear. The same device was earlier listed on TENAA with the model numbers PAR-AL00 and PAR-TL00. As of now, there is no confirmation about the launch of Nova 3 Plus. Talking about the cameras, it will be coming with 24MP + 16MP dual rear cameras and 24MP + 2MP dual front cameras. Though it comes with a rear-facing fingerprint sensor, the device should also support face unlock.

It comes with a 6.3-inch display with Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is the flagship Kirin 970 octa-core processor coupledw with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. This will be first time, the company will be using a flagship processor in the Nova series. The device also supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G LTE connectivity. It will be running on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo-based EMUI 8.1 out of the box. We also expect the device to support the newly announced GPU Turbo technology.
