Huawei Mate 30 5G Could be Launched in December 2019

According to new reports, the Huawei Mate 30 series is under making and the 5G variant of Mate 30 could be launched by end of this year mostly in the month of December 2019. Huawei has been in a very difficult situation from a few weeks after getting blacklisted by the U.S government. According to the latest report, some information has been shared by Huawei that reveals about the upcoming 5G smartphone from the company at the 5G conference in Russia. In a slide, the company is reportedly said to have mentioned about the Mate 30 5G smartphone which is all set to be launched in December.

The successor of the Mate 20 could be launched in December for the Russian market and should be spreading to other markets later. Huawei should also be bringing the 4G variant of the smartphone around the similar time frame or a few weeks prior to it. The device should be the third 5G smartphone from Huawei after it gets launched since Huawei Mate X was its first 5G phone launched and which will be going for sale in September. It is also the companies first foldable smartphone. The Huawei Mate 20 X 5G was the companies second 5G smartphone and Mate 30 5G should be it’s third.

Well, talking about the Huawei Mate 20 X 5G, the device comes with a big 7.2-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ (2244 x 1080 pixels) resolution along with HDR playback support. To power the device, there is a 7nm HiSilicon Kirin 980 octa-core processor featuring the new Cortex-A76 cores and 10-core Mali-G76 GPU. Furthermore, the handset features 6GB of RAM along with 128GB of onboard storage which can be extended up to 256GB via microSD card slot. There is a 4200mAh battery on the back along with the support for 40W fast charging.

The handset has a 40MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 20MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, an 8MP telephoto sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, there is a 24MP sensor for selfies that is housed in the waterdrop notch. The device came out of the box with Android 9 Pie operating system based on EMUI 9.0 and there is a fingerprint sensor on the rear to enhance the security levels.
