Ahead of the launch scheduled on July 23, Huawei sub-brand Honor 9X and 9X Pro have been spotted on the recent TENAA listings. While the launch is imminent next week in China, three models of the supposedly Honor 9X series have been spotted online. Honor has already started teasing the images of the upcoming Honor 9X series, and the new TENAA listings have further suggested us the full specifications of the forthcoming mid-range devices from the Chinese manufacturer.
Not long ago, well know tipster Evan Blass has put up the schematics of the upcoming Honor 9X and the 9X Pro smartphones, which further showcased on what the new mid-rangers would like, while both the devices share identical design elements the primary differences witnessed were in the cameras. While the alleged 9X schematic shows us a dual rear camera setup, the Pro hints a triple rear camera setup. And, both the devices will be featuring a pop-up selfie camera that helps in achieving a full-screen display without the need of any notch.
The new TENAA listings have revealed three Honor models bearing HLK-TL00, HLK-AL00 and HLK-AL10, out of which the former two are said to be the Honor 9X models, and the latter is supposedly the Honor 9X Pro model. The TENAA listings suggest, both the devices will be featuring 6.59-inch FHD+ displays, but however, there are significant changes between them as well. The list confirms the Honor 9X comes equipped with either 4/6/8GB RAM variants paired with 64/128/256GB onboard storages respectively. Further, the list also revealed the dual rear cameras of the 9X smartphone, which is said to be featuring a 48MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor.
On the other hand, the TENAA listings of the Honor 9X Pro will be equipped with either 6 or 8GB RAM paired with 128GB or 256GB and the device all indicate the triple rear cameras of the 9X Pro featuring a 48MP primary sensor, coupled with 8MP and 2MP sensors. And, recently a new Anututu benchmark has further confirmed that both the devices would be running on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. The Antututu test also reveals us that Honor 9X and the 9X Pro will be powered by Kirin 810 SoCs, confirming the earlier rumors likewise the rear camera rumors have also been confirmed with the new TENAA listings as well.
