Honor 20i with Kirin 710 SoC & Triple Rear Cameras Launched in India

Honor has unveiled its flagship Honor 20 Series smartphones in India with the launch of Honor 20 and the Honor 20 Pro smartphones. Along with the flagship devices, Honor had also launched its latest mid-range smartphone – the Honor 20i. The same device was earlier launched in China, back in April. The Honor 20i features a gradient body finish on the back covered with 3D glass back body.

The Honor 20i features a 6.21-inch IPS Full HD+ display and offers a screen-to-bod-ratio of 90%. The display features a water drop notch on the top to behold the front-facing camera and the speaker grille. The Honor 20i is further powered by a 12nm HiSilicon Kirin 710 SoC, followed by 4GB of RAM and 128GB built-in storage. The device supports microSD expansion of unto 512GB.

As for the cameras, the Honor 20i comes with triple rear cameras comprising of a 24MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture. It is paired with an 8MP wide-angle camera with f/2.4apertue and 2MP depth sensor as weir with an aperture of f/2.4. These triple rear cameras are also AI-powered, and support AIS, Auto-Scene recognition and super slow-motion video recording as well. Up front, the Honor 20i features a 32MP selfie shooter that further supports AI natural beautification and AI backlighting as well.

Lastly, the Honor 20i is kept alive by a 3400mAh battery and supports 5V/2A charging. The device ships with Android 9.0 Pie based EMUI 9.0.1 out-of-the-box. On the connectivity front, the Honor 20i comes with Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm headphone jack and a micro USB 2.0 port for charging.

As for the pricing, the Honor 20i comes at Rs 14,999 for the 4GB+128GB variant.The Honor 20i will be sold as Flipkart Exclusive and the device will be featuring in three color variants that include – Phantom Blue, Phantom Red and the Midnight Black variants.The sale of the Honor 20i is said to be starting from 18th of this month.
