Honor is all set to announce its new successor to its current Honor 10 series product portfolio that is supposedly called the new Honor 20 series. The company had released a new teaser that is scheduled to be happening in London next month.

The teaser image released by the company gave away the launch date through a puzzle which revealed the date of the launch indicating 21st of May at London. Since it appears to be the new series from Honor we can expect the new Honor 20 devices launch at the event. Going by the earlier leaked reports, we can expect the new Honor 20 series phones and most probably two honor devices launch supposedly the Honor 20 and the Pro version of it – the Honor 20 Pro.

Since Honor is a sub-brand of Huawei after all, we can expect a new Honor 20 series phone with a quad rear camera setup similar to what we have seen on the recently launched Huawei P30 Pro smartphone. The teaser image emphasizing on the ‘4’ number in the given puzzle indicates the same. The image released further indicates that the new Honor 20 series primary focus would be on the camera department as we can see the image showcasing both day and night conditions simultaneously. This hints us that we can see new ‘Night mode’ on the Honor 20 phones and would probably resembling the P30 Pro’s camera features as well.

Needless to say, these new Honor 20 series phones will be featuring top-of-the-line specifications that include Kirin 980 SoCs, 48MP rear camera sensors, new-generation in-display fingerprint sensors, new AMOLED displays, and all built in a new gradient body finish as the latest Honor View 20 featured the same design element. And also the new Honor 20 series that are believed to be launched on 21st of May next month will indeed be running on Google’s latest Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box.
