Google Pixel C Tablet with 3GB RAM is Officially Launched, Available on Google Store

Update: Google has officially launched the much-awaited Pixel tablet. The tablet from the search giant was first unveiled in September, but not much of information revealed about the specification. But now we know that it sports massive 3GB of RAM a 10.2-inch display. The first tablet designed by keeping Android Marshmallow in mind offers added security benefits and is smarter than most tablets out there. Additionally, the company claims battery life on their tablet is more than 10 hours.

Earlier : The Google Pixel C Tablet which is expected to launch on December 8th is now spotted on Benchmarking sites. While the specifications of the device are already announced at the Nexus launch event held in September this year. The tablet sports high-end specifications with Aluminum body which makes the Pixel C the most premium Android tablet ever.
According to GFXbench listing, the Nvidia Tegra X1 octa-core processor is clocked at 1.9GHz. It runs on the latest vanilla flavored Android 6.0.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. On GeekBench, the tablet had scored 1426 on single-core and 4429 on multi-core. Since the tablet is expected to launch within next few days, stay tuned for pricing and the availability of the Pixel C tablet.
Earlier: Sep 29, 2015 – Google has announced a premium Android tablet named ‘Pixel C’ with Android OS. The tablet sports a 10.2-inch display with a resolution of 2650 x 1800 and a pixel density of 308ppi. Internally the tablet is codenamed as Ryu, and the device of the tablet will mostly resemble with Chromebook Pixel.
The tablet is rumored to sport a Nvidia X1 quad-core processor along with Maxwell made GPU. It comes with 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Like the Chrome book Pixel, the tablet will also sports USB Type-C port. It will also be accompanied with two detachable keyboard accessories with Aluminum and Leather back covers.
The tablet will be out of a metal body and has the Chromebook like LED indicator for battery information. While Chrome OS is also mostly touch optimized, google chosen to play safe side by integrating Android OS. The display on this tablet will also be one of the brightest displays with 500 nits
The tablet will not include the manufacturers logo like Nexus smartphone, it will be fully designed and produced by Google itself. As of now there is no particular date ad time for the launch, but it is expected to launch in November. It comes in 32GB and 64GB variants which are priced at $499 and $599 respectively. The keyboard accessory will be sold separately for $149.
