The Sony Xperia XZ3 was launched last year in the month of October and now the unlocked variant of it has got a discount. This flagship smartphone is available for $487.27 via Amazon and can be bought in the US. The handset is expected to be back in stock on 22nd of June but if you have any plans of buying the device you can order it right away to secure the price. The handset was launched for an initial price of $899.99 and now is available for almost half price.

Talking about the device, the handset is the successor of the Xperia XZ2 smartphone that was the worlds first Smartphone to come with Snapdragon 845 SoC. The Xperia XZ3 was launched with a 6-inch OLED display with Quad HD+ (2880 x 1440 pixels) resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio along with HDR playback support. It also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top to protect the device from scratches and minor falls.

Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset coupled with Adreno 630 GPU. There is 4GB of RAM on the device and comes with 64GB of internal storage which can be extended further up to 512GB via microSD card slot. Out of the box, it will run on Android 9.0 operating system with Xperia UI on top. Talking about the camera there is a 19MP main camera on the rear with f/2.0 aperture and a 5-axis stabilization which is capable of 4K video recording at 1080p slow-motion. There is also a 13MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.

The device is also water and dust resistant since it is IP68 certified and comes with Side Sense feature that sports stereo speakers with S-Force Front Surround technology. There is a fingerprint sensor on the rear to enhance the security levels on the device and is powered with a 3300mAh battery that also supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 along with Wireless charging.
