First Teaser of CREO Mark 1 Reveals a New Phone Every Month Concept

CREO is an Indian smartphone brand that will be debuting the market by launching a smartphone named ‘CREO Mark 1.’ While most of the brands talk about the hardware specs, CREO is said to offer better Android experience since specifications remain same on most of the device. As we exclusively covered earlier, the device is expected to launch in the next few weeks. We can have a first look at Mark 1 smartphone from the teaser video posted by the company.

From the last few days, the company is teasing the smartphone with the hashtag ‘#ANewPhoneEveryMonth,’ where the Mark 1 smartphone will be receiving confirmed monthly updates which make the users feel like a having a new device. It runs on the Android-based customized Fuel OS which offers stock Android UI with additional features for improving the productivity.

The Mark 1 comes with Retriever App, which helps the user in finding the stolen device. As of now, there are no official details regarding the specifications of the device. But the listing of the device on GFXBench reveals few important specifications. It is said to feature a 4.6-inch QuadHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) display, but we expect the device to come with more than a 5-inches screen size and just Full HD resolution.

As seen in the video, it comes with a metal frame around the device with glass on front and back. Under the hood is the Helio X10 octa-core processor clocked at 1.9GHz and coupled with PowerVR G6200 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB of internal storage and there is information about the Micro SD card slot. The device offers dual  SIM dual standby support.

On the camera front, it comes with a 21MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash that can record videos in 4K resolution. It has an 8MP camera on the front for selfies and video calls. The Zauba listing confirmed the device to launch in Gunmetal Black color and the listed price of per unit is around Rs. 16,500. By adding the Tax, Marketing and Distribution costs, the final retail price can be anywhere around Rs. 20,000.
