Exclusive: iBall Launches Q27 4G VoLTE Enabled Tablet with 21 Indian Regional Languages

4G VoLTE enabled smartphones are the next big thing now and every other smartphone manufacturer wants to get onboard the competition. On the same lines, we have yet another tablet now from iBall. This is called the Q27 and it supports 4G VoLTE out of the box. This is basically an entry level tablet offering from the company which is priced reasonably for the specs which it offers.

Now talking about the specs of the device, we are looking at a Quad-Core processor which is an ARM Cortex A53 64-bit processor clocked at 1.3Ghz. The tablet also packs 2GB of RAM and has 16GB of inbuilt storage as well. This storage can be further expanded upto 32GB via a microSD card as well. And on the front running the show is a 10.1″ HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 800. Now talking about the camera of the tablet, we are looking at a 5-megapixel rear facing shooter and a 2-megapixel front facing selfie camera. The tablet runs on Android Marshmallow out of the box.

The tablet is kept powered by a 5500 mAh battery, which should be good enough for a day or two depending upon the usage. The company claims it has 31680 mins of standby time. Another interesting feature of the device is the fact that it features a multi-language keyboard with support for 21 Indian regional languages. These languages include Assamese Bangali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Manipuri, Malayalam, Marathi, Nepali, Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santali, Sindhi, Tamil and Telugu.

Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB OTG, Micro USB Port for charging and data syncing. The tablet also comes with productivity apps like Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc pre-loaded. If you look at the other tablet offerings from the company, they also launched the Slide Cuboid Tablet. That was priced at 8,999 INR and it more or less offered the same set of specs as well. it had an 8″ Display on the front with the same resolution but it was powered by a comparatively low-end processor. It also runs only Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box and not the Marshmallow.

Now talking about the price of the new Q27 tablet, it is priced at 13,999 INR, which is a decent pricing for the specs which it brings to the table. So if you are in the market for a tablet around this price range, then this would be a better option to go for as compared to the other offerings from the company. Stay tuned for more info like this.
