Elephone Z1 Smartphone announced with Android Nougat & Helio P20 SoC

Elephone Z1 is a new device from Elephone that has been spotted online. This will be the last smartphone from Elephone for this year. The Elephone Z1 will come with an attractive back cover design similar to the Elephone S7. Elephone has recently launched a Bezel-less smartphone called as S3 Lite which resembled the Xiaomi’s Mi Mix. Few famous devices from the company are Elephone C1, Elephone S7 Mini, Elephone S3 Mini, Elephone M3 Pro and few other devices.

Nothing much about the Elephone Z1 is known for now, but it will be sporting a 16nm Helio P20 SoC, making it the first ever device from the company that is supported by Helio P20. Moreover, the handset will be coming out of the box with latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and will feature a 6GB RAM with 64GB of internal memory. The primary camera on the handset will be supported by Samsung camera lenses which will be giving good quality of images.

Recently, Elephone has launched S3 Lite smartphone with features like a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolutions on a 5.2-inch Full cell laminated display, which gives a pixel density of 423 PPI. Powered by MediaTek MT6735 quad-core processor with a clocking speed of 1.3 GHz paired with 2GB of RAM and Mali T720 GPU. It runs on old Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box which is unlikely to get further updates.

Elephone also has the planned to launch ELEPower Thunder Power Bank with Quick Charge 3.0 since many companies like Xiaomi, Samsung, and OnePlus and few other are already providing them. The ELEPower Thunder has a 16000 mAh capacity, and it is also compatible with the QuickCharge 3.0. This new power bank will have a much higher efficiency of charging of up to 30 percent when compared to the QuickCharge 2.0. Nothing about the pricing is known since the company has not revealed it yet.
