Ziox Starz Vibe Feature Phone at Rs. 925
Ziox Mobiles has released quite a few feature phones in the past. The Starz Vibe is the company’s latest feature phone to launch in the market. It is priced at Rs. 925 and lacks any smart features. The device also comes with an SOS button which has been made mandatory by the GoI. It also supports 21 Indian languages and includes dual SIM card slots. The Ziox Starz Vibe will be available in Blue, White, and Black color options.
UC Browser App is Back on Google Play Store
UC Browser for Android is recently taken down by Google without mentioning any clear reasons. However, the app is now listed back on the Play Store. UC Web mentioned that the new version of the UC Browser comes with updated technical settings. The company also had the UC Browser Mini listed on the Play Store and Google hasn’t found anything wrong with it.
Casio Launches the Toughest Action Camera in Japan
Casio launched a rugged action camera called G’z Eye GZE-1 in Japan for 46,000 Yen (approx $411 / Rs. 26,700). It lacks the viewfinder, but the user can their smartphone with G’z Eye app or the Casio Pro Trek Android Wear watch. It is waterproof up to 50 meters and shockproof up to 4 meters. However, it can record in 1080p at 30fps and 480p at 120fps. The f/2.8 lens on the G’z Eye GZE-1 also comes with 190.8-degree field-of-view. As of now, there is no information about the availability of the G’z Eye GZE-1 action camera in the other markets.
YouTube is Now Back on Amazon Echo Show
A couple of months back, Google ended the Youtube support for Amazon Echo Show. Today, its returned back along with the support for Vimeo and Dailymotion. Amazon also confirmed to bring even more video services in the future. The newer version of Youtube for Echo Show looks similar to its desktop version. However, the newer lacks the voice-controllable features that Amazon added in the earlier version.
Infinix Zero 5 Smartphone to Go on Sale Starting Today
Last week, Infinix launched its latest flagship smartphone Zero 5 and Zero 5 Pro in Dubai. Both the devices will go on sale starting today on Flipkart. The Zero 5 and Zero 5 Pro are priced at Rs. 17,999 and Rs. 19,999 respectively. The company is also offering Quiet 2 and Quiet X noise cancellation headsets at an introductory price of Rs. 1,499 and Rs. 4,999 respectively. The users can also get 10% discount when purchased through HDFC Bank Credit and Debit cards.
Facebook Messenger Now Supports Sharing Photos in High Resolution
Sharing Photos via social media accounts is always a bad idea as the resolution gets compressed. But from today, the Facebook Messenger app supports sharing photos in high resolution up to 4K. The Facebook also mentioned that more than 17 billion photos are shared through Messenger every month and the company is expecting even more numbers with the new update. Update the app to the latest version from the App Store or Play Store to enjoy this new feature.
