BlackBerry Evolve to go for sale in India on October 10 Exclusively via Amazon

Finally, after two months of launch, BlackBerry Evolve is going to be available for sale in India on 10th of October which will be Amazon exclusive and it is priced at Rs. 24,999. Optiemus launched the Blackberry Evolve along with the Blackberry EvolveX in the month of August in India and the Blackberry EvolveX went on sale by the end of the same month and the Blackberry Evolve was scheduled to be available from mid of September, which was not the case.

Well, coming back to the specifications of the handset, the Blackberry Evolve comes with a 5.99-inch touchscreen display with (2160×1080 pixels) Full HD+ resolution and 2.5D curved glass display on top along with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It comes out of the box with Android 8.0 Operating system and we can expect the next update to be available for the device, but nothing is confirmed officially yet.

Under the hood, the device will be coming with a 1.8GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 450 SoC coupled with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The onboard storage is 64GB which can be extended further up to a maximum of 2TB via microSD card slot. The device supports two nano SIM slots while the second one is a Hybrid slot that can either be used for a secondary SIM card or microSD card.

There is a 13MP + 13MP dual camera setup on the rear along with Samsung S5K3L8 sensor and dual-tone LED flash. On the front, we can find a 16MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture side. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the device to enhance the security levels. There is a 4000mAh battery with fast charging technology with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support. The device is a 4G VoLTE variant and has the connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, and USB 2.0 Type-C. Stay tuned to PhoneRadar for more updates!
