If your iPhone ringtone volume reduces automatically, there are a few things you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Check your iPhone’s settings: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics and ensure that the “Change with Buttons” option is turned off. If it’s turned on, this could be causing the volume to reduce automatically when you adjust the volume with the physical buttons.
  2. Disable Attention Aware Features: The Attention Aware feature uses the front-facing camera to determine whether or not you’re looking at your iPhone screen, and adjusts the volume accordingly. If this feature is enabled, it could be causing the volume to reduce when you’re not looking at the screen. To disable it, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode on older iPhones) and turn off the Attention Aware Features option.
  3. Clean your iPhone speakers: If your iPhone speakers are dirty or blocked, this could affect the volume of your ringtone. Use a soft-bristled brush or a toothbrush to gently clean the speakers.
  4. Restart your iPhone: Sometimes, restarting your iPhone can fix software glitches and issues. To restart your iPhone, press and hold the Side button (or the Top button on older iPhones) and either volume button until the “slide to power off” slider appears. Then, slide the slider to the right to turn off your iPhone. Wait a few seconds, and then press and hold the Side button again until the Apple logo appears to turn your iPhone back on.

If none of these solutions work, you may want to consider contacting Apple Support or visiting an Apple Store for further assistance.
