Asus has launched its Max M2 midrange smartphone in the country today along with the Zenfone Max Pro M2. Recently the handset was launch in Russia and it comes with a metal back along with plastic finish on the top and bottom. There is a fingerprint sensor on the rear and is powered with a big 4000mAh battery on the back which is claimed by the company to last for 2 days without recharging. The device is priced at Rs. 9,999 for the 3GB 32GB RAM while the 4GB RAM 64GB storage variant is available at Rs. 11,999 in India and go for sale starting 20th December Exclusively on Flipkart.
Under the hood, the Zenfone Max M2 comes with a 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 632 14nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 506 GPU. Moreover, it will come in 3GB as well as 4GB RAM variants along with 32GB and 64GB onboard storage respectively. It will come with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box with Stock Android experience, and it could get further updates when available.
