Apple Announces 11″ & 12.9″ Apple iPad Pro Tablets with Face ID & Liquid Retina Display

Today Apple has announced its new iPad Pro at an event going on in Brooklyn, New York. The successors of iPad will come with 11-inch & 12.9-inch displays with Face ID & Liquid Retina Display. These devices come with thin bezels and there isn’t any home button on them. These tablets come with FaceID replacing the TouchID and it has the ability to work in portrait as well as landscape mode, unlike the iPhone. Moreover, these iPad Pro are equipped with A12X Bionic along with 10 billion transistors.
These devices are capable of handling 1TB of storage and also come with USB-C connectors that let its user charge the iPhone also. There is a new Apple Pencil that will connect to the side of the iPad Pro with a magnet that pairs automatically and also charges wirelessly from the device. This Pencil comes with physical buttons and tapping on the side of the pencil can change the modes. The iPad 12.9 is 15 percent thinner and has 25 percent lesser volume than its predecessor.
These tablets come with an Infrared camera on the front along with a 7MP camera, Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor, and dot projector. Apple has also pushed the Gesture system from the iPhone X to these latest iPads. With the new A12X processor, there are 8-cores with 4 performance core and the rest are high-efficiency cores. We can also find a 12MP camera on the rear and also has Four-speaker audio with a woofer.
The 12.9-inch iPad Pro is priced at $999 for the 64GB storage variant and the 11-inch variant will start going for sale for $799. Both the variants will come with LTE support and will start shipping next week from 7th November. The iPad Pro with 10.5-inch Display get a price cut and is available for $649. Apple has also confirmed its iOS 12.1 and it will come with features like Group FaceTime, Dual SIM support and eSIMs along with more emojis.
