Amazfit GTR with 24 days Battery Life to be Launched in India Soon

Last month we have seen Huami announced its Amazfit GTR smartwatch with Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Titanium case option and now the device is all set to be launched in India soon via Flipkart. Earlier this month we have also seen the launch of Amazfit Verge Lite Smartphone in the county and the latest Amazfit GTR is expected to be launched early next month and more details about the same should be known in the coming days.

The smartwatch will be coming with the support for 12 sports modes like running, swimming, walking, skiing, climbing and more. It also has BioTraceker PPG for 24 hours uninterrupted accurate heart rate monitoring along with all-day health monitoring, sleep analysis, sedentary reminder and more. The handset will be coming with 1.39-inch AMOLED display with 326 PPI pixel density with the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and has 5 ATM water resistance.

It will be supporting Android 5.0 and above and also iOS 10.0 and above. Furthermore, the watch is equipped with a 410mAh LiPo battery with up to 24 days of battery life with normal use and 74 days in basic watch mode. It measures 47.2 x 47.2 x 10.75 mm and weighs 35 grams. The pricing and availability details should be known when the handset gets official in the country.

Huami has announced its new Amazfit GTR smartwatch as it promised recently with Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Titanium case options. The smartwatch will be available in 42mm and 47mm case size and both of them will be featuring an AMOLED display providing 326PPI pixel density. Furthermore, this smartwatch will be coming with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top and 5ATM water resistance.

The Amazfit GTR will be supporting NFC for UnionPay payments and also supports 12 spots modes. It comes with air pressure control, BioTracker PPG for 24-hour uninterrupted accurate heart rate monitoring, GPS+GLONASS, sedentary reminder, sleep analysis, all-day health monitoring and more. The Amazfit GTR 47mm Iron Man Limited Edition will be coming with Ironman dial, black matte ceramic bezel, gold-colored case, and a red silicone strap.

The Amazfit GTR 47mm will come with automatic arrhythmia function in the heart that includes atrial fibrillation. It is also optimized for standby, bright screen, and sport modes, optimizing the power consumption of the watch which will be offering up to 24 days of battery life with normal use. The watch also supports Android 5.0 and above on Android while iOS 10.0 and above.

The 47mm variant measures 47.2 x 47.2 x 10.75 mm and weighs 36 grams for the aluminum alloy, 48 grams for stainless steel and 40 grams for titanium metal. The smaller 42mm variant measures 42.6 x 42.6 x 9.2 mm and weighs 25.5 grams. The bigger variant has a 410mAh LiPo battery with 24 days battery life on normal use and 74 days in basic watch mode. The smaller 42mm variant has a 195mAh LiPo battery with 12 days battery life with normal use and 34 days in basic mode.

The Amazfit GTR 42mm standard version with Black, Pink or White strap is priced at 799 Yuan (approx Rs. 8,000) and the special edition with leather strap is priced at 999 Yuan (approx Rs. 10,000). The Amazfit GTR 47mm aluminum alloy stainless steel version with a brown leather strap is priced at 999 yuan (approx Rs.10,000) and the titanium version with a flouro rubber strap and Iron Man special Edition are priced at 1399 Yuan (approx Rs.14,000).
