Acer Liquid Z330, Z530, Z630, X2 Smartphones Launched in Malaysia

Acer had officially unveiled the Liquid Z series of smartphones at IFA 2015, and now the company had officially launched the devices in Malaysia. Earlier this month, Acer had launched the Liquid Z530 and Liquid Z630s in India priced at Rs. 6,999 and Rs. 10,999 respectively. The list of devices launched in Malaysia includes Liquid Z530, Z630, Z330 and Liquid X2. Among all the devices, the Liquid X2 offering 4G LTE came as a surprise.

While the Z530 and Z530s, Z630 and Z630s comes with same design and specification but with different RAM and internal storages. The Liquid Z630s that was launched in India came with 32GB of Internal storage and 3GB of RAM while the Liquid Z630 is limited to 16GB of internal storage and 2GB of RAM. All the devices run on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Liquid UI overlaid and supports 4G LTE connectivity.

The Acer Liquid 330 is the most affordable device that comes with 4.5-inch FWVGA display and is powered by Snapdragon 210 quad-core processor. It has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of built-n storage that can be further expanded via MicroSD slot. There is a 5MP front and rear camera while the rear camera is accompanied by an LED flash. The device backed by a 2,000mAh battery that can give 11 hours of talk time and lasts up to 430 hours on standby.

Acer Liquid Z530 and Z630 comes with few similar specifications like 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6735 quad-core processor along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The Z530 comes with a 5-inch HD display, the Z630 sports a slightly larger 5.5-inch Display. Both the devices are equipped with 8MP front and rear cameras. The other major differences between both the devices are their batteries; the Liquid Z530 includes a 2,420mAh battery while the Z630 sports a massive 4,000mAh battery.

The last and the latest device from the list is the Liquid X2 that comes with a 5.5-inch HD IPS display and is powered by 64-bit octa-core processor. It has 3GB of RAM, 32GB built-in memory, and 4,000mAh battery. The unique feature about this device is the triple SIM support and that too with 4G LTE connectivity. The camera department is also upgraded to 13MP front and rear camera with an aperture of f/1.8 and LED flash support on both sides.

The affordable Acer Liquid Z330 is priced at RM439 (approx $103 / Rs. 6,900), and the Liquid Z530 and Z630 come with a price tag of RM559 (approx $130 / Rs. 8,800) and RM659 (approx $155 / Rs. 10,400) respectively. The devices will be available through offline store across the countries while the Liquid X2 comes in Black and Gold colors, and will be available starting from January 2016.
