After parting away from Coolpad, Qihoo 360 renamed the smartphone brand QiKU to 360. Under the new brand name, the company also launched the 360 F4, 360 F4 Pro, 360 N4, and 360 N4s. While the 360 Q4 was listed on TENAA, it wasn’t officially launched till date. But now the company is teasing about a new device called 360 Q5, and we also expect to see another variant called 360 Q5 Plus.

As of now, there is no information about the launch of this device but we guess it to be made official in the next few weeks. Talking about the specifications, the Q5 expected to come with a 5.5-inch display while the Q5 Plus sports slightly bigger 6-inch display. Both the displays are limited to just Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. The devices will be powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor clocked at 2.15GHz along with Adreno 530 GPU.

While the Q5 includes 4GB of RAM, the Q5 Plus might come with 6GB of RAM. Both the variant features 128GB of internal storage. and there is no information about the presence of MicroSD card slot. With the flagship specification of Q5 Plus, the company looks to compete with the recently launched phablets – Xiaomi Mi Max and Honor Note 8. But unlike other two devices, the leaks suggest the device to be priced slightly on the higher side.

It runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box with the latest 360 OS 2.0 on top. The device will be built into a metal body and the fingerprint sensor makes the devices a bit more secure. Last month, it had officially launched the 360 N4S with a 5000mAh battery and metal unibody priced at 1199 Yuan for 32GB variant. It was launched as the upgraded variant to the 360 N4 and the design looks similar to the 360 N4.

It is powered by the Helio X20 SoC along with 4GB of RAM. On the camera front, there is a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Till date, the company hasn’t launched the 360 smartphones outside of China. Stay tuned for the official launch date and possibly even more leaks.
