2019 iPhones can Wirelessly charge other devices and will feature Triple Rear Cameras: Report

It is that time of the year where upcoming iPhone specifications and features are supposedly coming into light. Wherein, Apple fans get to know what to expect from the new iPhones that are usually unveiled in the second half of the year – thanks to most trusted Apple analyst – Ming-Chi Kuo. His investor note is out and had shed some details of what to expect from the upcoming Apple products including the iPhones.
The notes from Kuo suggests that 2019 iPhones would be coming as a trio similar to what we saw last year. Meaning, the same 6.5-inch, 5.8-inch, and the 6.1-inch iPhones are said to be coming and as earlier reports suggested the tiro iPhones will stick with Lightning connector, yes, no USB-C, despite the last year released iPads have already made the shift to USB Type-C.
That being said, there are new interesting features with the new iPhones as well. The devices are said to be featuring new bilateral wireless charging, which allows your iPhones to charge other devices wirelessly, this might be the same approach adopted by the earlier released Huawei Mate 20 Pro. Kuo has also confirmed that the upcoming iPhones are said to have an upgraded Face ID, bigger batteries and will also be featuring ultra-wideband connectivity. It is said that this new connectivity would improve the indoor position and navigation.
The analyst has also confirmed that we will see the triple rear cameras on the rear of the iPhones, however, the exact model that would be featuring this setup is yet to be known. The upgraded Face ID is said to have a larger power flood illuminator, which is expected to improve the Face ID effectively. As for the AirPods 2, confirming the earlier reports, the analyst had affirmed the new AirPods are coming, which will support wireless charging with an upgraded Bluetooth connectivity. Also, the much anticipated Airpower dock is said to be released in the first quarter of this year.
Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo had also given insights about other Apple products as well. The current iPad Pro models are said to be improved with new high-end processors. And, the notes also suggest that the current 9.7-inch iPad is supposed to increase its screen size to 10.2-inches, with a decrease in bezel size and further the iPad mini is expected to feature an upgraded processor similar to what Apple had done with the MacBook Air last year.
As for the MacBooks, the analyst notes reveal a new MacBook Pro that is said to be featuring a new design with a screen size between 16-inches to 16.5-inches. Additionally, the current MacBook line-ups are also expected to see internal upgrades with high-end processors and different storage variants. And, lastly, the analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has also revealed a new 6K monitor with a whopping 31.6-inch screen, which will be manufactured by Apple that utilizes a Mini LED backlight design for significant picture quality.
Ming-Chi Kuo’s note has revealed quite a lot of details about the upcoming Apple products and what the Cupertino tech giant is up to this year. Reports are stating an Apple event scheduled in March this year. We can expect some of these products to be unveiled coming next month most likely AirPower, and AirPods 2 with wireless charging might be amongst the lot.
