ZTE Blade A610s and Blade A610 Plus Smartphones announced with Android Marshmallow

ZTE has announced two new devices dubbed as ZTE Blade A610s and ZTE Blade A610 Plus. Both these handsets are affordable devices and come with massive battery capacities. These devices come with LTE connectivity and will go on sale in Russia. Recently we have seen ZTE launching ZTE Axon Mini smartphone with 3GB of RAM and 5.2-inch display in the UK.

ZTE Blade A610s comes with a 5-inch IPS touchscreen display with a resolution of HD (720 x 1280 pixels) and 2.5D glass. Under the hood, there is an Octa-core MediaTek MT6780T processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. The device supports LTE connectivity and will come with 16GB of onboard memory. Also, there is a 5000mAH battery on the back to power the device which can be used to charge other devices also.

On the rear, there is an 8MP camera accompanied with 2MP sensor on the front for selfies and video calls. Apart from these the handset also supports USB OTG which the user transfer data easily. These are set of all the common sensors and connectivity options. The ZTE Blade A610s is priced at 10000 rubles and the features a microSD card slot to extend the memory upto a maximum of 128GB.

The ZTE Blade A610 Plus features a 5.5-inch IPS-display with a resolution of Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) and 2.5D glass on the rear there is 13MP sensor accompanied with 8MP front camera. There is an octa-core MediaTek MT6750T processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and Mali MP2 GPU. The device comes with a fingerprint scanner to enhance the security levels. The onboard memory is 16GB which can be extended up to a maximum of 128GB via microSD card slot.

The Blade A610 Plus comes out of the box with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and will be available in Gold and Gray color options. The device supports USB OTG and will also have a 5000 mAh battery on the back that can also be used to charge other devices. The handset is priced at 14990 Rubles and will be available from 8th of December. looking at the specs, the handset will compete against devices like Xiaomi Note 3, Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, Swipe Elite Plus, Lenovo Vibe K5, Asus Zenfone 2 Laser, Honor 4X and few others.
