TP-Link Neffos Y5 Smartphone with Snapdragon 210 SoC Launched

Early this Year, TP-Link had officially launched three new smartphones under Neffos-series with minimum specifications at an affordable in range, which were called as TP-Link Neffos C5, Neffos C5L and Neffos C5 Max. Today, this brand has introduced a new smartphone in the part of Neffos series named as TP-Link Neffos Y5 and is now listed on their company’s website with all specifications.

The TP-Link Neffos Y5 smartphone has Polycarbonate body and comes packed with a Qualcomm MSM8909 Snapdragon 210 quad-core cortex-A7 processor that clocks at 1.3 GHz paired with Mali 400 graphics and 2GB of RAM that delivers a fluid and seamless multi-tasking and is keeping an energy consumption is very low. It supports dual SIM card slots that are giving you the freedom of keeping work and life separate.

It comes powered by highly customized Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with pre-installed applications, which uses smart technology to simplify your life with a personalized interface, providing a natural, consistent and effortless mobile experience. The TP-Link Neffos Y5 smartphone sports a 5-inch LCD that puts it at the pinnacle of cinematic mobile viewing with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It offers a 294 PPI of pixel density.

The other connectivity options include universal 4G LTE facilitates super high speeds, 3G HSPA+, 2G / Edge, Bluetooth v4.1, A-GPS / GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, Micro USB port and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. It has a 16GB built-in memory that can further be expanded via microSD card slot up to 32GB. The sensors on the device include Ambient Light Sensor, Accelerometer Sensor and Proximity Sensor.

There is an 8MP autofocus primary camera with LED flash which can record videos in 1080p at 30 frames per second. On the front, it has a 2MP secondary camera for selfies and video chats. It comes packed with a 2130mAh capacity battery that delivers a battery juice more than a day of usage. It is measured by 144 x 72 x 8.8 mm in dimensions and 153.5 grams of weight.

We can except; it will come at an affordable price segment that makes them the direct competitors for many other Chinese brands that have been launched with impressive specs at a budget level price.
