MeSuit Swap-On Case for iPhone Launched in India, Brings Android OS & Dual SIM Support

Back in 2016, the Chinese company called Haimawan launched the Mesuit swap-on case that brings the Android OS to the Apple iPhones. Now, the MeSuit case is officially launched in India for Rs. 9,990 and can be purchased from Yerha.com. It only works with the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S devices. With the MeSuit case, the user gets the dual SIM option along with an additional 1,700mAh battery. The Android OS on the iPhone uses the popular Apus Launcher.

The user can also have duplicate apps for using two different WhatsApp or WeChat accounts on the same the phone. As of now, there is no information about the availability of the MeSuit case for the bigger iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6S Plus.

Earlier: July 20th, 2016 – Till date, we have seen many official and 3rd party accessories for Apple iPhones. There is an official case that extends the battery capacity while there is another accessory that brings wireless charging function. Recently Sandisk unveiled the iXpand memory case for iPhone that comes with additional storage and is available in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB storage variants. But today, a Chinese company called Haimawan (海马玩) launched a new swap-on accessory called MeSuit (机甲) with which the iPhone users can run Android on their devices.

The MeSuit case is compatible only with Apple iPhone 6, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6 Plus, and iPhone 6S Plus. It connects with the mentioned iPhones using just the lightning port and an app. The built-in battery of the MeSuit case offers additional 7 hours of talk time on top of the built-in battery. It runs on the MeSuit OS 1.0 based on custom Android. Haimawan had collaborated with APUS to bring the APUS Launcher as the native build UI in the Android interface. With the MeSuit, APUS Launcher which is used by more than 920 million Android users will now available to one billion iPhone users.

The dual apps feature that was recently introduced in the MIUI 8 is also available for this case. With it, the user can have two WhatsApp accounts on the same device.  It includes a MediaTek MT6753 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The i6 comes with 1,700mAh battery while the i6P sports a slightly larger 2,500mAh battery. Apart from additional storage and battery, this case features iTunes and dual SIM support.

The MeSuit i6 case for iPhone 6/6S is priced at 999 Yuan while the MeSuit i6P case costs 1099 Yuan. The MeSuit i6 measures 160.5 x 70 x 5.5 mm while the i6P measures 180.5 x 80.8 x 5.55 mm. If you are an Android fanboy and want to test the iOS without leaving your device, then you need to wait for a year to actually see a similar kind of case for Android device with built-in simulator running iOS.
